Qualification: Minimum +2
Knowledge of English  MUST

1. Take dictation in English and Marathi language.
2. Type on computer using MS Office applications.
3. Do data entry in Excel.
4. Be comfortable with mails, scanning documents, working with pdf’s and sending faxes.
5. Maintaining appointment schedule.

Eligiblity:

1. Understand legal terms, would have worked with lawyers in the field of real estate
2. Understand technical terms of real estate field and would have worked with the liasoning officer in a real estate company.
3. Have proficiency in using MS office suit and such applications
4. Excellent speed in taking dictation (close to 120 words per minute)
5. Excellent typing speed (English: 100 words per minute and Marathi : 50 words per minute)

Salary : as per industry standards.
